HISTORY

Professional Maintenance Group, Inc. (PMGI) was incorporated in July 1997 by Bonifacio Estate Services Corporation, a subsidiary of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (FBDC), mainly to provide various estate maintenance and janitorial services to Bonifacio Global City and its locators.

In late 2003, the Ayala Land - Evergreen Holdings (Campos Group) consortium took control of FBDC from Metro Pacific Corp. sold PMGI to its present owners. Since then, the current owners of PMGI, who are now also actively involved in management, have successfully expanded its range of estate- and property development related services.

Through its management team, technical expertise and financial capability, PMGI have acquired additional services with the leading property developers, banks, schools, hospitals, subdivisions, condominiums and other major organizations.

PMGI has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 -- the most updated standard of its kind and focuses on quality management systems, performance and satisfaction --for the following activities: Provision of Property Maintenance Services such as Housekeeping or Janitorial Services and Grounds and Landscape Maintenance Services.

Equipment preventive maintenance is always observed to ensure service availability and minimize the risk of service disruption.
